I want to have Lunch With Jesus every school day.
To be part of this program my parent/guardian must sign a Parent Authorization Form and mail or bring the original signed form to Mr. Moore.
I must also have my parents sign a Parent Release Form and Medical Release Form for me. Those must also be mailed or brought to Mr. Moore.
Each day at the beginning of my lunch period or my non-core class, I will go immediately to the front office to be picked up by the Cru bus and taken to Perdido Bay Baptist where I will have lunch, free time, bible study and prayer.
I have the right to expect every Cru member to love and respect me.
I agree to love others and do my best to serve them.
I understand that this is a privilege, and if I do not follow directions or am disrespectful, I will lose this privilege and be dropped from the program.
I will not complain.
When returning to school I will go directly to class and understand that if I am tardy, I may be dropped from the program.
